The playground at Larsen Park received an upgrade to ensure visitor safety and easy maintenance. The Wellington City Council collaborated with NumatREC to install a new Pour’n’Play surface which incorporates recycled rubber from waste tyres. This surface is not only durable and low-maintenance, but also able to withstand heavy use and various weather conditions. Additionally, the green and black color blend of the surface complements the natural environment and keeps the playground looking open and inviting.
